If you do not want any problem, never ever make a mistake to join this fraud consulting company. Basically they are a
small desi company trying to make every penny out of you by hook and crook. They are also trying to grab some opportunity in clinical research but I doubt they will be very successful because of their dishonesty.

In the beginning they will speak sweet words and give very high hopes. Once you join you will be on your own doing all
the hard work.There is virtually NO training, NO help, NO support and just mediocre marketing. And they do not show a
trace of compassion and respect for their employees. The internal employees will treat you like you were born to bother them.

I and my friend had extremely bitter experiences with them. They
cheated, lied and betrayed us. Even these days I slap myself everyday for making the mistake of joining them and wasting my precious time.

If you want to find a consulting job, join other companies. There are hundreds of decent consulting companies which give
good training and support. But never ever think about joining these crooks if you do not want to ruin your career and life.

Tech Observer is a growing company but unlike the hoards of other desi companies, this one is more transparent and keep their books clean. There is plenty of opportunity for people who want to work and succeed. They always pay on time which is very rare today. They do go the extra mile for visa issues whereas most of the companies just cheat their employees. I would definitely recommend this company.
