In a foreign land you definitely need a support system and STI had been an amazing support system for me. I was good at coding but I had no direction after completing my masters in computer science. Their recruiters are very professional, they have guided and helped me to get a full time job in data science. I now am on my H1B and have both a job and satisfaction.

I joined this consultancy for almost a year as they asked me to join and promised that they will acquire me a job within 3 months including training. They are very unprofessional and because of their negligence, I lost opportunities. Even after repeated follow-ups through emails and calls they didn't bother to address my concerns.

Worked for the company for 9+ years and never had any issues. They are prompt on salary and really helpful in resolving any immigration related issues.

One of my friends worked under this consultancy for almost a year. After completing a project, he left the consultancy on a good note for a better opportunity. However, they didn't pay the due salary which is almost 10,000 USD (2 months salary). Even after repeated followups through mail and calls they didn't bother to address my concerns.

Please avoid this consultancy.
