commentHello everyone.This is a fake company which will ask you money to file H1B visas and scam you later with out filing. There are multiple companies associated with this (UPSTREAMSGC,INTEGRATED HEALTH GROUP).There is a guy named Prakash, he is operating everything from India and try to scam people by collection large amount of money.They scammed five people i know and they won't even gave any kind of proof of filing.We are already to report to USCIS and got a reply from them last week they are going Investigating this soon.ALL of them below reviews are fake and you can see everyone is Indians.

My Association with Software Pundits : They convinced me for H1B and I went thru entire process. Then, after couple of months it was told to me that due to strict policy in US it seems H1B may get canceled so better not to file it. Now, I am struggling for getting my deposit back and nobody is replying. I really do not understand when they convinced me for H1B, were they not sure about US policies?? It more than 3 months and I am following up with them and struggling for my money...
Good things About Software Pundits : They communicate very nicely till the time you send them the Demand Draft..
Not so good things About Software Pundits : Once they receive Demand Draft, you just have to follow up with them...
My Association with Software Pundits : My wife had filed H1 from Software pundit.
Good things About Software Pundits : I do not have any good things to say about them. Company took 1 lac for filing H1. They did not communicate to my wife about the status of H1 and they were kept on saying that her H1 got approved. They neither forward H1 papers to her. There are bunch of JUNK people (like Kondal, etc) sitting there are doing nothing for her. She has to find a job on her own.
Not so good things About Software Pundits : It's not a corporate company, thats what I can say.
My Association with Software Pundits : I was an employee of Software Pundits. While working there I observed that many of the employees "on bench" were on brought in B1/B2 visa and was forced to work at low wages. I even found an instance where they were threatening an employee to go back to India because he protested against how he was treated. So please avoid this company if you can.
