commentI am working with Software Catalysts since last 2.5 years. Best thing I found is their training and placement programme. It helped me to learn a lot and then they trained me on how to tackle interviews with their mock session and other exercise.
They get me on a project in 2.5 months and their marketing team is very effective. I would surely recommend Software Catalysts to anyone who is looking forward to work on Good Projects for a longer duration. I get salary always on time and no delays in that.
Again I would say.. It's the best company to work with.

commentI have been working with this company on full-time basis for more than 5 years now
Pros – Usually we visit these sites, when you are angry about someone. Not so much when we are happy.
I moved from another consulting company to this company. They helped me improve my client-facing skills, and in due course worked on many challenging projects and technologies.
Good colleagues, who are knowledgeable and ready to help.
Successfully got through various stages of immigration to get my Green card.
Still enjoying the company, and now mentor some team members in newer technologies and client facing skills.
Cons – This company is not for everyone. Challenging technologies bring pressure, and we have to spend some late nights or weekends to ensure delivery.
Advice to Senior Management – just keep nurturing the knowledge culture. That's the key to grow this company further.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

comment They try to pin you down with a contract and a whole bunch of fake promises, dont fall in the trap. The trainer Chirag will read out some random ppts all day & Sunny, the marketing person is the rudest on earth and trust me you will not get a single call. Once you start asking more questions, they stop responding to you. And Nirali, the person who schedules all this has no idea about the entire process. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

comment Initially attended few sessions of the training. (Currently located in Herdon, VA) Operated by Raj Mukhi. They have done multiple attempts to remove this company from Desi crunch review. As described below: 1. Organized curriculum on BA/ QA. 2. Organized notes on BA/ QA.As described below: 1. Poor training- Trainer Chirag Desai only reads out from the notes, no practical training on any BA/ QA tools. (Ex-Visio). Sunny Nangia emphasizes on using youtube and external aid. 2. Vague contract- Too many clauses to attain. 3. Unclear intentions- Contract is mailed on the same day of signing with a deadline of 5 PM EST time. Also it is mailed in middle of training by Nirali Tonk. 4. Non transparent marketing- Marketing head Sunny Nangia is very unclear of how marketing takes place (Ex- Proxy, support, resume preparation) 5. Very rude and unprofessional way of communicating. 6. Very poor billing rate and relocation expenses
