I worked in Shakti as software engineer in onsite.

I have been working at Shakti for about 15+ years, and that kind of says how I feel about the company, and I continue to do so.

I joined Shakti after going thru few other companies and never turned back after joining Shakti and I am glad I am here.

As one would assume that in such a long period, I have had my challenges and situations (Work, Visa, Green Card, Personal) and every time I had full support of the Shakti management and getting things addressed in a timely manner.

Personally I feel part of the Shakti family, and not necessarily working for a company and I get the same feeling from the people who have been working at Shakti for a long time or the people who have worked for a while at Shakti and moved on for other reasons.

It takes two sides to get a matter resolved or to make it worse. Hopefully we all make the right choice to get better results for everyone involved.

Initially it appeared to be a great company for me. That's the kind of operation that they create. They say that you have to attend some interviews and get through for them to sponsor your visa, once you are through all those fake so called interviews, they will ask you to deposit a huge amount in their bank in India and then also ask you to sign a contract agreement which is insensible and if you question any of this, they say they wont file your H1 visa.

Above all the so called contract has a huge condition, paying $10500 in fine if you ever break the agreement.

Please don't waste your time and get fooled. This company doesn't really do a good. All that it does is get the money in their Indian bank account and then leave you at stake. Please be very cautious as they do all the deposit and agreement drama only towards the end of March so that you are left with no options as the filing date is April 1.

I was careful not to mention any one's name but am well aware as who and all are behind all these. If the company had a chance to see my review amongst busy cheating other innocent H1 visa seekers, please learn to have some professional ethics and develop some trust in the 1st place.

If you transfer your H1B. You are gone.
- 2/26/2015 - I was Working for Deloitte through Shakti Solutions, Once I finished my project they promised me that they will find other positions. They where pretending as if they don't have any requirements at Deloitte . Since 2 months I am following them regarding positions there response was not proper. But the funny thing is they are posting requirement in DICE and other JOB portals.

As I was ready to join other prime vendors due to available job opportunities .I requested them to give me wavier form so than I can work for other prime vendors. They denied my request , they don't let me go , they don't find jobs even they are available.

Thank GOD I am not working with Shankti nor am not having any bond nor am on W2 ........
