commentResource Point is a little but nice and genuine company. People are really good and goal oriented. Not a single LCA/LC is denied from this company, which shows how conscious and cautious they are. Pay and Benefits wise, it all depends on how you deal/negotiate with them. One other important thing is that it is not a pure H1B based company. Almost 80% of its employees are US Citizens/GC holders. Hope this helps.
