Red salsa technologies worst company to work with they are cheaters,
never risk your life working with these idiotic companies.


if one member reads this message, don't hesitate to report to the department of labor about these companies.

we need to get rid of the Red salsa company from the market...

I worked for this company at some point in HR and was an excellent worker with very desirable skills. I took care of their orientation, visas, employee relations, compensation, seminar and training. One day to my surprise I was sent a bill for training by an instructor claiming he had not been paid. I went to the director and he claimed he was not aware of it and I should talk to the president. I did meet with the president and spoke to him. His reply to me was I will write you the check however never come to me for money, I am the president. I said I understand but you put me in charge of the training department. There was an OFCCP audit which I made them pass with flying colors and the gentleman from the OFCCP office told them if I were you I would keep this guy. They brought one of their own from England as an HR Director with no formal experience in the field and no understanding of any NJ laws. I explained him what the HR functions and duties were and two weeks after he asked me to chauffeur some foreign consultants to NY. I politely replied I cannot do on weekends because this is family time for me. A few weeks after, I was laid off but yet they wanted me to come help them finish with H1 visas like crazy... They did not pay me after my lay off and to this day I haven't received anything... Management there is horrible at best and I would urge any professionals not to work for this company at all... By the way when I worked for them they were Frontier Systems, Inc in 2000 then became Red Salsa. Worst of the worst jobs I ever held... Thank God I am doing very well...

This company threatns people sending court notice if you leave the company before their contract agreement. THey are very rude and not friendship to make any settlement. They think they are best and in legal.
It's harrasing the employees and threatening to get the money.

They paid, but 1 time per month and 2 weeks in arrears....

I overheard client manager's conversations at work that I basically was filling-in for the position as a "stop-gap" measure in that they thought my skills were OK, but I was not their "dream employee" they wanted around for a long term contract.

So they kept interviewing other candidates periodically...then the client manager set me up to terminate me after a while,

So remember the adage if you are on contract....keep looking for your own dream job...because you may not be their dream employee and are there to fill in until "something better comes along"

The company was good few years back but slowly its turning from bad to worse. There is no transparency and accountability anymore. Join this for your own peril. They play all sorts of manipulations with your pay cheque and ensure that there is always some problem with your pay check
