commentI don’t have enough words to express my gratitude towards RAMPS International, Ram and his exceptional employees.
I have been working for RAMPS for several years now, and I am very satisfied with my decision to be a part of this corporation. They have guided me in every aspect of my career and my aspirations towards being successful.
The patience they have shown towards my frustrating immigration process is a statement in itself. RAMPS has supported and guided me through my journey from OPT to successfully become a permanent resident. They were always and are still willing to answer any and all of my questions, and yes I had a barrage of questions.
My immigration journey was a long and grueling one, with reasonable and unreasonable obstacles at every point, but RAMPS with its impeccable immigration and legal team made sure that I had the best documentation and representation possible.
This is a company I do vouch for, and willing to stand behind. Most of the things I have achieved today would not have been possible without Ram and his team. The thing I immensely appreciate about RAMPS is that it has genuine people who actually care, understand your situation and guide you towards the best outcome regardless of immigration or career. I wish I could say this about more companies out there that genuinely lookout for their employees, but unfortunately there is only one RAMPS.
In the end all I can say is Thank You RAMPS, and this is the best decision I have ever made.

The best thing about this company is their immigration team which is very helpful. They put in a lot of effort to properly send each case. CEO RamKrishna is very approachable and transparent.

commentI have been with Ramps for well over 7 years now and i can say this with great confidence that the staff here, including Ram himself (CEO), have been extremely diligent and transparent when it comes to legal work and visa paper work. Visa paper filings and GC application are on the top of my list of priorities in life, and Ramps International has provided top notch service in that regards to ensure timely filings, renewals and follow ups, all the way until i got my green card approval recently. They did the bulk of the work and ensured i was always kept informed on all matters. I am very grateful tot he entire team and Ram for they continued support all these years. I consider myself lucky to have been working here. Thank you very much, indeed!

commentRAMPS International is an organization loaded up with warm, accommodating and agreeable staffs, we have wonderful staffs and awesome CEO and I think the Company's development has not a single end to be found.
The immigration team helped me in all inquiries and questions in the timely way and this was a boost to me in all ways.
RAMPS is the best way for ease of doing business and motivate us in the positive direction.
I would recommend RAMPS if you are looking for a professional employer and look forward for your career.

commentI have been working at RAMPS International for over 6 years now. The first great thing about the company is that the President/CEO is very friendly, honest, helpful and readily available to help. This can;t be said about most other companies.
The pay rate here is very competitive and payments are made in a timely manner. All petitions are filed on behalf of you, without you having to push. In fact, they remind you and encourage you to file for visas, EADs, GC etc. Again, yet another rare trait. I have been lucky to have been associated with Ramps and with Ram personally. I intend to stay as long as i can...

commentRAMPS International is a company filled with cordial, helpful and amicable staffs. The CEO is incredible. Together with awesome staffs and great CEO I think the Company's growth has no end in sight.
The super friendly immigration and Accounts team have helped me to get answers to all my questions and concerns in timely way. They petitioned for my Green Card and received approval for it! The payroll process is smooth with no delays in making payments.
The communication is very easy to make with staffs and with CEO as well. They motivate you for moving forward and to me it is the most important element in life.
I strongly recommend people to feel free to join RAMPS if you are looking for an honest, friendly and professional employer.

commentTo start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Awesomely experienced seniors to guide. You feel you are in safe hands.
The people are all super nice and friendly, probably because we are all treated with respect. Really relaxed, family style atmosphere but doesn't stop your ability to work like some places. Great benefits too..

commentI would like to write few word of appreciation to the team helped me to process my H1 B Visa in Year 2016 – 2017. I had a great experience with the very well trained skilled personnel to handle my Visa Processing activity, Very professional people.
The RAMPS International Company (NJ) has a comfortable environment, management is very kind, they are always willing to help you with a detail explanation. They have a very good team with great level of knowledge of VISA processing processes. I would like to extend my special thanks to Kiran for his step by step and very clear explanation to submit all the visa related documents.
The Lawyer is very prompt in response. In terms of paperwork for my H1-B applications, both the RAMPS team and the lawyers who represent them have been precise and made sure I had all the necessary documents across various stages from H1 B applications to stamping documents. I have had no issues discussing or clarifying questions with RAMPS or their lawyers. Very approachable and responsive.
The CEO RamKrishna is very approachable, from time to time and took special interest for my VISA processing. I am sure, he does same for all his employees. Over the years I have had discussions with him regarding technology and market trends to help me equip myself better carrier.
I would strongly recommend this company for employment and VISA Processing. A most trusted well managed company.

commentMy Experience with Ramps International Inc is more than 6+ years
They have more than 100+ employees on their payroll,Marketing team is very good and they have filed many H1b and Greencards and out of them most have been approved because of their good track record and proper documentation.
They Sponsored my H1b Visa then Applied for extension also and applied my GC, When I got employed they Did pay me promptly and My salary was also incremented properly in long Term.I did not had to pay for my H-1B visa expenses, I did not had to pay for Green Card and They kept me on their direct payroll
I am happy with this company and thank full to them for all the help they provided to me.

commentI have been employed at Ramps for over 5 years now and can say that my experience has been great thus far. Having worked with other consulting firms in the past and having dealt with multiple H1 transfers and renewals, I believe this company stands out far better in terms of compensation and immigration related matters. The company operates under a CEO that casts positive attitude and values his employees with high morale; the HR team is very co-operative and transparent and the legal team works diligently and meticulously when it comes to H1 transfers and/or extensions.
The best thing I like about the company is the CEO getting personally involved in matters that require special attention; not only he gets involved but he also makes an honest effort to ensure the employees are satisfied with the best possible resolution. Despite the growth of this company, the attention given to prior employees is remarkable. I would highly recommend this company for those looking to launch their career in IT or those who are experienced but looking for a positive change.

commentI have been with RAMPS for over 5 years now and have known the CEO for over 10 years. Its a very good company found on honest values and strives on hard working employees. Payment is on-time, provides good benefits including health coverage and treats all the employees well.
I am a bit surprised at few extreme/negative reviews below and don't believe they are actually written by ex-employees or by someone who has had actual experience with RAMPS. From someone who has had multiple H1b's thru RAMPS I would strongly suggest RAMPS to any prospective candidates.

commentI am not sure why some users are posting negative reviews about the legal team of ramps. I have been an employee of Ramps from past 5 years. I have all my H1Bs and H4s processed and approved 4-6 months ahead of expiration date. And this is my 3rd H1B with them. Not to mention my perm and I-140 were initiated and approved before the expiration of my 6th year. What more can you ask for? The HR team sends you the notification 6 months in advance that they have started the paperwork to file for your extension and in a month from that note they request necessary paperwork from you and the case is filed.
As far as marketing is concerned the CEO himself has been a proven recruiter his entire careeer with proven connections. I got my first assignment with his help only. All in all the track record of this company is spotless to the best of my knowledge and I would recommend this company to anyone who are looking to start their IT careers or looking to switch employers.

they have worst lawyer. CEO and his team need to evaluate any suggestion before they give it to their employees.
Communication with CEO and team is really good only when things are good .
Marketing team is good.They pay u timely an all. But big drawback is they have to be much more careful in legal matters.

commentHello Friends, I want to honestly share my experiences working with this company.
Been employed from last 4 years with this company and felt very happy and secure as I never had any issues with my regular PAY, Extra Hours or H1 or Green Card filing or Employment letters or Stamping documents. The CEO and the other key person in the company are very knowledgable about immigration matters. Transparent and flexible with Agreements and bill rates. Staff and top management is always reachable with out hassles (Unlike my earlier employer who was reachable occasionally). I personally recommend this company to everyone who is looking out for a trusted employer.

commentI am associated with this company for almost 5 years now and got my Green card through this company, they got my H1B and consequent extensions and ported my labor with earlier PD..every step was so smooth and they take utmost care on documentation.
I referred couple of my friends and they are happy too...I personally like this company and people.
