commentWorking with RCG as contractor is by far the worst experience of my life in USA. They are not really a company, they run as a typical body shop hiring talented people based on false promises.
They lie saying they are offering 1 year contracts, but use you to the max and make you work late nights to impress their very small clients who don’t even have proper budget and all that pressure of budget would be loaded on the contractor to finish the job quickly..
They used me and my efforts for 1 month and told me that project is over and there is no budget, if there is no budget why would these people even promise long contracts? Coz they won’t find anybody to work for them and their stressful petty client pleasing projects if they don’t tell lies.
There are better clients and consulting companies out there , don’t fall for this unworthy trap. I would say to talented people to not even go near to this body shop.

commentin my opinion, this is the worst company ever i had. staff is very bad management is very bad, i wont suggest anyone to work there.

commentVery long work hours without overtime pay. They will always bid with lowest estimates to win projects and let you work for very long hours just to meet the deadline.
Immediate firing upon losing your project.
No salary increase while you're on GC trap.
EB3 GC for all. Not unless you're presence is very critical in a project and you filed for resignation, be ready to wait indefinitely.
You pay for your own GC filing using their attorney.
