commentI have been working with Prabhav services from last one and half years - I transferred my H1B to them because I was looking for green card sponsorship. My GC process started within a month of joining. I was able to choose my attorney and process was so very transparent . I got my perm and i140 approved easily even when perm went for Audit. My salary is always credited on time and no issues with that. Sumesh , the director of company is very helpful and genuine person I have ever met.
One of the most transparent company as far as H1b and Green card process is concerned. I recommended Prabhav Services to some of my friends last year for first timers H1b from India and luckily couple of them got picked in the lottery and they got their visas as well recently and are ready to come to US for the new beginning. commentA very good company to work with. I got my H1B (L1B to H1B transfer) thru Prabhav Services Inc. Their marketing strategy was awesome. I got more than 100 calls in a week time after my resume was marketed by the marketing team and because of that I have got multiple offers and have chosen the best one (which is a long term project - min 3 years).

commentI had a good experience with the Employer in getting a project. even though i was like a odd man out compared to rest of the team in terms of field of experience, support provided was exceptional and able to get a project on-time. Process is pretty-much transparent and made comfortable without any See-Saw experience. Payments are On-Time without any hiccups during the employment. Had a little friction during the exit as it is early termination but employer provided good exit and all documentation needed (detailed from both ends).
