I'm on H1-B and since 2.5 years been associated with Paramount. As soon as I joined, they processed my Green Card with all the documentation went really well and I got my I-140 approved.
Immigration department did good work. Always had good and clear communication with Pramod.
I got to visit Paramount office located in Alpharetta and it’s hi-tech and really nice.They have always been fast communicating to my emails and calls.

commentThe way Paramount operates is clear and straightforward.
They state everything upfront and so, nothing is a hidden agenda from the employees.
They send emails regularly of what's going on in the company like new developments. Payments are rolled out on time.
Since you are already good at what you do, my advice for you is to explore new areas like providing in house training for QA etc.

commentI'm on H1-B. The thing I like the most about Paramount is the fact that their payments are always on time. The company's employees are very responsible. I've been with this company for just 7 months now and have already noticed how good the finance department is and also its CEO Pramod's replies are prompt and fast to any query of mine. I'm informed of updates within the company through emails. The team is doing a good job!

No issues at all in my 2 years with them.

commentI have been a part of Paramount family for about two years now. I would like to share my two cents on my experience of so far. Since I have been in this industry for quite long, I would like to highlight that Paramount is the “new generation” company that would attract many professionals like me. Here are a few reasons as to what makes Paramount stand out in the land of its competitors.
• The President of Paramount is a highly- dedicated man who stands by his employees through thick and thin. Otherwise, we are not oblivious to the fact as to how it works in this industry at the time of precarious and demanding situations. It is a pleasant experience to observe during adversities.
• Paramount does not hold the pay for even a single day. Now that is unbelievable and remarkable.
They ensure the timely and consistent payment of their employee’s salaries. No exemptions or excuses made until now.
• From Paramount’s HR Manager to other staff, they are all a set of enthusiastic people, who are just not sincere but also committed to this company. They are extremely prompt with their unwavering support and help on whatever type of questions that might strike your mind. In short, they simplify the effort and expedite the resolution irrespective of the time-constraints. For me, that is a game changer when you respect someone’s time in today’s world.
• Paramount firmly believes in transparency when it comes to your pay-rate too. There is no beating around the bush. It is an important point to note because this is where many companies trick you on the grounds of nonspecific rules or regulations.
To conclude, hands down this is an excellent company to be a part of, first because it is selective in choosing its employees second once you become a part of the company, it fervently values you as a professional. I am glad to have found Paramount!

• Very impressed with the way my immigration was handled by Paramount.
• I was happy with how my documentation was done by immigration team.
• The "professionalism" of entire Paramount's staff towards its employees is remarkable.
• I've been with Paramount for 6 months now and so far have had a good experience.
• One remarkable thing to mention is within less than six months of joining, I got my PERM and I-140 approved.
• No delays in payments ever so far. Smooth payroll handling by the team.
• I always got fast replies to my emails and questions at all times.
• This is a company that has reached a good position. They do well with marketing through job portals openings.
• I also feel they should have team which monitors the employee project end date and start working on marketing them well in advance.
CONS:
• Only thing I did not like was, payment on monthly basis, after getting paycheck for biweekly for 5 years it was little inconvenience to me but got adjusted.

commentBeen a part of Paramount since 6 years. They are very Professional and have good work ethics.
There were some issues with my immigration at one point of time which this team handled so well. Keeping my job and skill set in view they were supportive at all times .
PROS : 1. Handled immigration well following all rules and regulations .
2. Respond immediately to urgent queries .
3. Their marketing is excellent as I've never been without a project/ job .
4. Prompt in giving updates
5. Good work quality. Keep it up.
