commentThey are H1B visa scamasters. Sridhar Gadhi brought all his relatives and their relatives on H1B Visa - clearly visa fraud. They know nothing about software or technology. Poor marketing. After you get the project, they will will start doing the drama of "rate is very low, can you work for free". Very abusive. Internal fights. Very abusive to consultants. Does not pay salary on time.
DHS should investigate Sridhar Gadhi, the crook and his brother-in-law Hari for visa scam and immigration fraud.

commentI started working 3 years ago in this company on a part fixed, part %age basis.
Here's the review:
Pros:
1) They do what they say. Nothing like hidden cost etc. put to your share (like overhead costs, payroll tax etc.) unlike some other employers that I worked with earlier.
2) They pay (you know what I mean) even when you are between jobs or on bench.
3) Seasoned company that knows the tricks of the trade, all legal procedures etc.
Cons:
1) Don't want to take any responsibility at all. Ready to throw you under the bus for the slightest inconvenience.
2) No support for job search. You are on your own. This is because they have to otherwise pay the recruiter. The recruiters, if you at all manage to get any, are not well-trained.
