Let me know explain, I filed H1 with them this year in March 2014. And as usual companies take all the fees from you (lawyer fee, application processing fee etc.), that came to around 2385 (application Fee) + 1800 (lawyer fee). Yes you heard it right, 1800 dollars for the lawyer. The lawyers are good, but again 1800 dollars but then as lawyers were good, we agreed to pay. So Lalith said , if your application was not picked, you will lose your 1800 $ (lawyer fee), but he would return the application fee (because we paid the complete amount). We said it is fine.
The lawyer (VISA Now) did great job , they responded to all the queries and application was filed on time.
Unfortunately application was not picked in the lottery. But with the experience I had with them after the process, I would say that I am fortunate that application was not picked.
So early June lawyers told us your application was not picked, we asked them to return the application. And they did in couple of days. And then the whole drama started.
Mr Lalit Deo – who talk very well when we started the process but things changed when our application was not picked.
As our application we not picked, we asked Lalit to give our money back, but then why will he, it is free money for him, then we had to email him 100 times and call him at least 100 times, and every time I would call, he would say , you will get your money back next week. So week kept adding and it became 3 months. Finally I was ready to raise a police complaint about the NextGen and VISA now , then he gave the money ($2385) back (Sep 10th)
He is a fraud , when he couldn’t give my money back to me unless I called him 100 times, how can you guys trust him to pay you when you work for his company.
I wanted to write this email, so that it doesn’t happen to others.
