My sincere advice, don't join this consultancy at any cost. they don't have marketing team, they don't have Clients. They don't work accept CTC offers. they dont have good relationship with clients. you may asked to leave job on the same day. Mindteck has no value at clients place. Once client stops your job them Mindteck will cancel will H1 visa.Please please dont join this company.worst company i have seen in US.
