commentI am associated with the company for a year now, and I have observed the followings:
• Pay salary on time.
• Salary based structure and not the profit sharing based structure, bench pay, re-allocation etc. are there.
• They follow/try to follow the policies and clauses they have mentioned in the offer letter.
• Company executives are supportive.
• As I work in client project, I do not know much about the colleagues.
• As this is a growing company, there is a possibility to grow further.
No con as such, but there is always scope for improvements:
• Top management should be more aggressive and a bit more proactive.
This is a growing company and we all want to see the company to be one of the market leader. We all are with you. Please be a bit more aggressive.

take money for visa transfer in the name of training, with a false promise to return back. Read the conditions carefully.
Money is collected indirectly in a smarter way to get rid of INS issues. Smart way to outsmart INS.

My sincere advice - Never even recommend this company even for your worst enemy
- 11/29/2012 - Its inappropriate to mention the name of a person or the client. Please be professional, there are many employees who are working for the company and the client, such comments would cause unwanted embarrassment. If you have any discomforts its ok to express in general but not to target someone. I have been with the company for 5 years and I totally disagree with you. -
flag - 4/11/2013 - Extremely incompetent and lazy staff... even people in senior positions have no clue what needs to be done never do they respond on time or diligently. Will not recommend Microexcel to anyone. In a way cunning when it comes to something that will benefit them, all risks are taken at employee cost something goes wrong their tone and attitude completely changes and you get ditched. Very smart when it comes to trapping an employee initially they make sure they are all covered -
