Manage My Dream, Llc filed 6 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas and 0 labor certifications (LCs) for green cards during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. Manage My Dream was ranked number 23,721 among all visa sponsors. Additionally, all petitions were certified!

Before Manage My Dream can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations. The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by Manage My Dream. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.

The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, Manage My Dream submitted 6 LCAs and LCs during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.

The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Great owners that care about their people. Great work-life balance. Excellent people to work with. The company is self-funded and in the black. Leadership's push for continuous improvement of processes, metrics, bonuses, and new benefits is great.

Hi Guys,

Don't ever approach this consultancy for H1B filing.Until they get money they will respond you immediately. if we ask something about status they will never reply. Instead of spending money here better you forget about H1B. Worst consultancy I approach in my life. I wasted more than 2 years by believing this consultancy. Please it's my humble request don't waste your time and money..I am writing this review because no one should face my situation . Thanks.

★☆☆☆☆ - Very unprofessional and lack of commitment - - - 1/7/2015 - flag as inappropriate - comment
I had to pay USD 5000. They mentioned that if the application doesn't go through then I get 3000 back. The initial documentation that was provided to USCIS was never shared with me saying it was confidential. After getting through the lottery, the application was flagged for RFE. THey again failed to provide the additional documentation that was asked for saying that they don't have anything extra. During this period, the communication was very poor and there was hardly any response from them even after repeatedly trying to reach them. They kept on mentioning that they have already provided all the documentation that they had. The copy of the document submitted to the USCIS was still not shared on the name of confidentiality. The application was then rejected and I just had a fortnight to file for an appeal. That is when the RFE letter and the documentation was shared but with all the major details removed.
They then agreed to file the appeal and also share the cost ( USD 1200) and work together to provide the desired paperwork. They then stopped responding to calls and messages and till one day before the appeal last date when they said they wouldn't be able to file the appeal coz their lawyers think its not a good idea. When I insisted and referred to our our earlier discussion, they said they will file but again insisted that they had nothing extra to provide and the RFE letter contents was just generic and it didn't apply to our case. So, they would file if I forced but wont bear the cost. At this point, I didn't file it because they didn't have the necessary documentation to support which was asked for. They have a very poor clientele and have absolutely no documentations. Its a pity and shame that companies like MMD are operating just to take the money and once its in there, they were least interested and had no desire to move forward with my case. They don't realise that its people's career they are playing with. When I asked for my money , they said all the money was exhausted and that they wont be able to refund anything. I referred once again to their earlier agreement and they changed the statement saying that the money would be refunded only if it was not picked in the lottery. What if it gets picked in the lottery but doesn't get through because of lack of documentation. Whose fault is that ? I never heard back from them.
