commentThey flew all the way from south for training and paid for everything. trained me in the business, and gave me my own work laptop they allow you to work 1 day remote from home after 6 months
Management is really good and they have created a great culture here in Chicago. I'm glad to be a part of Libsys.

commentMy experience with Libsys staffing is over 5yrs full-time. What I like the most here is the work culture, ongoing investment in technology & the learning which you would realize after a period of time.
I have several friends that worked through them and are now full-time employed. No hard pitches and easy to work with.

commentVery simple and quick recruitment process. Applied online and was contacted the next day by a recruiter. Had a recruiter screening and then a couple of direct client interviews. They then checked references and extended an offer. BGC is strict which is good.
Post offer formalities to till date no hurdles with management.

Management is good and recrutiers really try to match my requirements with opportunities rather than just submitting me for anything.

commentI can define Libsys as trust worthy company.
Iam not sure about other reviews but Iam associated with this employer since last 3.5yrs and never experienced any problem with related to visa or payroll department.
Their reached the expectation as promised during induction, Iam absolutely happy and so far never had any problem related to H1 paper work or salary credit infact it's apt and on time like any other CMM level companies.

commentI totally agree with all other reviewers. This company is a total fraud. the CEO mr siva.. dont ever trust him. he cheats, takes away your hard earned money . they dont give you the documents you have the right to have. they have no respect fro their employees.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM.. join only if desperate and be prepared to be exploited .

commentPeople please get yourself aware about this company, wait for options but don't join this company. Beware of the prople working there they are No 1 Fraud, specially Neetu Bala.
She don't even know how to work she don't know about her responsibilities as a HR person.
Irrelevant laws they follow, Please check trillion or more times bfore joining this company, otherwise you will be stuck in an irrelevant bond.
I am writing this review for Neetu Bala as well, that companies should not have HR like her. She don't have the basic knowledge of HR thats y Libsys like company appointed her in HR, good company cant do such kind of mistakes.

commentI am writing this review from my own experience. This is a fraud of a company and joining it may jeopardize your career forever.
It asks you to submit all your original documents (which btw is against the HR policies and labor laws), and will not give you an appointment letter.
Morover, they can terminate you at the snap of a finger and without giving you any proper reason\explanation.
The HR manager (Neetu) is the worst of the lot. She will keep telling you that no matter the appointment letter is not there, but yo will get your salary but this organization will not even give you salary which is due to you.
People are made to sit on one table for the entire day (just like its there in an textile mill or in a job involving unskilled labor) without any access to outer world (No official unoffical mails, internet , office phone or even your mobile phone!!). Once you have entered the office, the door is locked and you are trapped just like an animal in a cage.
So people, please be aware of this company and do not join it at any cost.
Apart from the relatives of company owners, the average time span of an employee in this company is not even one year as people are made to leave on one pretext or the other!!

commentI have worked in Libsys for around 1.5 years and have
seen good and bad time with and in Libsys. here are my views
The Immigration and the Legal practices are not properly defined. They would easily cheat you at every chance they get.
1. Only one page of the Offer letter is on the company letter head. This makes your offer letter not so legal. US Consulate Chennai made me wait 18 days in order to do verification checks on Libsys. Finally I got thru but it was painful.
2. The paystubs are never accurate. the account department would try to hold as much amount as they can. This is'nt a bad practice esp in recession but be prepared to forget that amount when you leave the company :-)
3. Imagine your self how could a desi consulting company with not so good /many clients and with marginal profit be one of the fastest growing comapnies. Simple, they suck the money out of consultant in every possible way they could.
4. You would be told to expect an RFE for sure. They would not give a copy of the document that they file. You can expect H1 B to be done in around 1 year. (2 RFE's in my case). Dont expect that H1b would be of any longer duration then what is specified on your client letter.
As with most consulting, they promise a lot before joining but dont deliver.
