if you are looking for a good consultancy to join you have come to the right place( i am not trying to impress anybody here, i felt happy that's the reason i'm writing this review).After i joined here i got the job within 4 weeks(before that i wasted 12 months of my initial OPT trying to find a good consultancy and job as well) and even in the project also they helped me a lot.

commentI have been through the whole process and got a job in a fairly acceptable time so I would like to pass the idea for people who are looking to know more about this company.
Short answer, yes, this could be one of the good consulting company out here which provides you what you need to jump start your career. But before I talk about it you have to know what you are getting into and make your mind. There are two things you have to understand. The environment, and the mindset.
First, you are,at the end of the day , their employee. If you go and live in their guest house(not train from home, and yes they can do that) don't expect to see 4 stars hotel with everyone having their own bedroom and the luxury. They provide what you need enough for your day-to-day life that you don't have to worry about it so this is already good for me.
Second, and this applies to everything, is that whether you get a job fast or not is solely up to you. The company will offer to equip you with enough tools to get a job but it is solely up to you to make that happen. You have to put a lot of effort to get it by practicing the tool yourself day and night, in or out of training. They can't force you to be good at it.
Once you made up your mind and decide you want to join, welcome. This company has a friendly environment and the training you receive is from the experienced trainers who either are working or worked with big companies. The job hunting process will be a big hurdle so you have to build a lot of confident while you are still training.
One last thing, the pay. I believe this is up to how you negotiate but the pay will be more than enough to pay for your food and apartment and still have a lot left(again, up to individual). It is industry standard pay.
All in all, I would recommend this company.

commentIIS-IT has a very good approach. I joined them and got trained. Finished training on time and got onto project. I was very well supported all the way. They also provide on project support. Whole staff is very friendly and always tried to help me in all aspects.
They has provided good accommodation as well.

They have still not paid me 14k for the last two months worked and now do not answer phones.
very unethical way of doing business, would strongly advise folks not to trust them.
