Worked with Innosoul for less than an year and my experience was really good. Below are the Pros

1. Shaker responded to all calls/emails promptly.
2. Salary was credited on time.
3. H1 visa was filed on time and premium as requested
4. Shaker was open to sponsor even the GC, but i did not opt because of personal reasons

I worked with Innosoul as a contractor. Its very horrible experience to work with them. From the first month onwards they did not pay the salary on time. I worked almost 1 year. Every month I got issue with the payment. The person named shaker is not even picking his call. They will change the pay rate to less then they will not pay your salary even. It has been almost 6 months they did not even release the payments. They will say the consultant not to even contact them. Please do not go with this company as you wont get your pay on time and sometimes you don't even know that whether you will get it or not.

Innosoul is a nice company to work with, good environment, lot of opportunity to learn and Shaker is a nice and helpful person. It is very difficult to find nice and honest person like Shaker in this consulting business. I moved out of Innosoul for a full time position, didn't need to ask for last paycheck because it was already in my hand.
