H-1B Dependent: No - Willfull Violator: No

Infinite Computing Systems, Inc. filed 9 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas and 0 labor certifications (LCs) for green cards during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. Infinite Computing Systems was ranked number 18,172 among all visa sponsors. Additionally, all petitions were certified!

Before Infinite Computing Systems can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations. The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by Infinite Computing Systems. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.

The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, Infinite Computing Systems submitted 9 LCAs and LCs during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.

The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

The owner and his trusted employees/recruiting people at this company will tell you very sweet promise to persuade a person to join in this company. They will tell you "we place people in top US companies, you can get top dollars, work on cutting edge technologies etc.". Never trust these people. Top to bottom lies. Some times they wont apply for H1b, even if they do, H1b is a lottery, you may not picked up, even if you get picked up, they may not send you to US because there are so many people ahead of you waiting after paying NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT. you need to waste precious years working substandard work at low wage for several years. if you dont get a project soon after landing in US, they will start abusing, insulting, humiliating & threatening to send back. $50 weekly allowance is barely enough to survive in Cedar Rapid in US. Once you get project, they will take 70-80% of your salary. They are fruadsters, lairs, crooked & cunning people eagerly awaiting to exploit employees & make money. if you ask for raise after 1 year, the owner will threaten to send you back & offer GC paper as consolation, which he will not do only after completion of 18 months. If you switch companies, you will have to go thru hell as he will make your life miserable, threaten with law suit. worked in both, mumbai & cedar rapids. Toxic environment, no meaning full projects, old technology, politics, back stabbing, micro managing by owner & abuse by owner by using all kinds of vulgar/low level language via skype in front of all people. insulting in front of other people for minor issues using graphic obscene language. high employee turnover. every thing about this company is fake. they wont pay security deposit, you need to spend more money than security deposit to get it back. his spies will report to him about you and he will shout at you for no reason. dont even think of this.

★☆☆☆☆ - ZERO score when it comes to Management Style & Clarity of Roles - - - - 5/11/2013 - flag as inappropriate - comment
They me offered me a Full-time position and then asked me to provide them H1 transfer documents, which I did well in time. Then a month later they said they don’t have enough projects in hand that they could transfer my H1. Salary they offered was super low and they asked me to pay entire H1 transfer fees. Bottom line if you don’t have any option then go with them and hope they doesn’t flake on you. I have worked with few fortune 100 companies, and at the time of interview, the Director (Owner) said, "all the experience you have so far is of ZERO value, once you join Infinite Computing you will learn a lot". What sort of management would like to get an employee on-board by tell them experience they have is of ZERO value?

Management should genuinely respect the team they have hired rather than living in the illusion that the slim pay check and prosaic experience they offer will be a life changing moment for the the employees and for that reason employees should always feel indebted to the owner of the company.

Then my co-workers told me to Google "review Infinite Computing Systems".

OMG, So many bad reviews. They counter every genuine negative comments by writing several fake positive reviews to maintain ranking in glassdoor. Fake positive reviews are written by favorit people of owner based on his instruction. - flag
