commentMy sincere advice is please do not join this company unless you don't have any other choice.They dont work on H1B's properly. OMG they morph your RFE's. The kind of immigration work they do and the attorneys they deal with are hopeless. You H1 will be denied no matter what it is.You never get required help immediately.They are only interested to make money but not to spend money. Icloud always want to keep a high margin between what they get billed for and how much they can give to the employee. When you really want to leave them and grab a better opportunity , be ready to for go your pay for a month.

commentIf you want to have a settled and balanced career this is the right place that you have to go to. This place is not like any others, the consultants are trained very well before bringing them into the job market. There will be lot of one on one sessions, mock interviews and presentations to groom every one for the job that they are planning for. The training structure was very perfect that I felt so confident when facing my interview. So the success and the results make more impact than the words, so the best example for the results this company have is me, I was placed in a company as a Sr.Automation Tester within four days after completion of my training. And I have many collegues who attended the training with me and got placed in very few days. So trust me this is the company we can trust on.

commentIcloud Technologies is a Sterling, Virginia based e-verified company and is one of the fastest growing full-service Information technology-consulting firms in the United States. I started my Professional Career as a SDET here.
It was a pleasure being associated with ICT corp, the management has been really supportive, goal oriented and very productive.They are well connected and aided me with good contacts. The training was quite interactive and the trainers here are pretty knowledgeable, experienced and extremely accessible and cordial.
Pros: Good company for aspiring candidates for excellent career growth and opportunities to learn and gain knowledge.
Cons: nothing that i can notice as of now.

Any company have some issues,Infrastructure wise they are not so great but work culture,personnel management, new technology learning opportunities are so great. I'm very comfortable working with these folks.THese guys are good mentors if we gain and shine our self.
HR is very polished and hear concerns and act on it accordingly.Recommended for young people who want to learn latest technologies, people management, or grow faster /get full application life cycle exposure.

commentHad trouble securing job once finished my masters. Worked with a different employer who initially promised to secure a job in a month, but failed to even offer quality training. Had a tough time! Lost hopes and was with a mindset that cant even get a job. Tried changing to lot of consultancies who are well established organizations and didn't even had interest to talk for a minute. My state could be the same for a lot of quality graduates who thought that there life would be great just if they go to well established organizations! Misconception!! Wrong..
Well-established organizations have a lot of employees and are only concerned in business perspective. They hire 40-50 students and do hit and try method.. they do set margins such as 25 candidates and are done when this margin gets cleared.. never bother about the rest!
Whereas here, the state is different. There is a day1 watch system. Starting from the management everyone works so hard, innovative approach, train so hard such that no one needs any kind of support once the candidate goes to the work atmosphere. Something every person dreams of! Inner peace, once the candidate goes to the organization(which everyone does with a week, yea , within a week...) and as he is trained to face anything in the training period, there is nothing to worry.. I knew my friends working in a stressful environment,, who always had worry whether they can sustain or not.. but I knew Icloud candidates who go and enjoy their work.. By the way Icloud candidates are so ease to go with interviews that around 6 out of 10 go for f2f & and[ yes, get them cleared...... \^^/

They stand to what they promise.The culture is young, dynamic. Management is open with all employees and values your contributions and consistently demonstrates a commitment to the betterment of the employees.
The company is highly ethical with great work environment .It is always a win-win situation with the management.
They are very professional and have a apt plus systematic approach of training and also they deal with different technologies
They work with Direct Clients , Implementation partners and Tier 1 Vendors and they have exposure to vertical domains too.
The Pay is on time and they offer pay rates comparable or better than other consulting companies. You will also get to work on % basis depending on your continuity with them. They Provide accommodation and food till you get placed.
