commentHere is my honest opinion about Horizon Softech Inc and the recruiters I worked with during process. I have been working with Horizon for years and it has been the best experience. First, the company is very stable (unlike some others I worked for). I have also notice that salary compensation is very much better than most competing companies. My recruiter really worked with me on what I wanted and he made everything very easy for me and family. It has been a pleasure working with Horizon and would very highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for change. I wish that all companies in the recruitment/staffing industry was as easy and helpful as Horizon and the recruiters.

The recruiters( Especially the Owner of the Company) I worked with were friendly, listened to what I was looking for, and really matched my skill set with positions that I could apply my skills to as well as learn from.
The salary was ontime every month and helped me out to get the Best rate in the Market for my skill set. The good thing about the company was the employees help each other out with their technical skills even though they don't work for the same client.
I would recommend this company Strongly to experienced as well as Freshers as the later gets great support from the senior guys in the initial job period.

The marketing team was very helpful for me to find the best client, they patiently listen to us and then they give proper feedback that is very good of them.

The work culture is very positive and transparent and everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions. There are lots of opportunities for growth at Horizonsoftech, I enjoyed a lot of autonomy and freedom to choose what I want to work on. I got placed as java full stack developer in a week. Mr. Mohan Edara, CEO of this company is a cool guy with immense knowledge on IT sector. His ideas and the way he showed, lead me to a successful job.

commentPlease read my comment carefully. Trust me this the comments I have made here. Also consider this as my humble request and this is the true review.
The initial comment made in these reviews is the correct one. The owner forced others to write positive comments to cover up the first negative comment. This is one of the worst of the worst companies. Mohan Edara is a cunning and selfish fox. He does not pay employees properly and there is no proper facilities to organize the company. He cheats on the rate part and cheats on the visa stuff. They does not even have proper attorney or the attorney that they hire is very cheap and does not even document properly due to which many employees get rejections all the time.
Please trust me Mohan Edara, the only whole and sole organizer, manager, etc of the company is a hungry fox and this is not a right place to get in to.
Please trust me and there are many thousands of good companies across US, go join any one of them. Please don't get in to this company and ruin your career and mental peace.
This is my humble request to everyone. Please do not get into this so called worst company.

commentThis is a best IT placement, I have ever seen. The way they communicate things to us are very professional. They are as friendly as we could feel them like a family rather than an employer. The owner himself is friendly and caring. He stays in our side for all ups and down in our career. They are very good in placing people as soon as possible with a good job roles. I myself got placed in a week and that was the first interview which I took through Horizon. Thanks to the company and the employees working beneath them. They also train people on the technology which they wish to work on.

commentGot to know about Horizon SofTech through a friend and joined them for .Net developer, the training was good and after finishing the training got the project in a quick time with the help of a aggressive marketing team with all the required support, happy to be a part of Horizon and highly recommend them if any one is looking for consulting roles.
Very transparent in many aspects and have a good support team in place for help anytime. Horizon has good records of maintaining non - immigration workers and taking care of their extension and application as required.

commentBeen with this company for the past 5 years. Never had a situation where I doubted them. Very open minded and they treat you like family. When they close a contract for an employee they share all the details regarding the contract with the employee like sharing the PO. My GC was processed through them with no issues. My paperwork was filed with so much precision that there was not even a scope for RFE. Sorry for the person above who had a bad experience. People have to keep in mind that any application process (GC,H1) involves both the employer and the employee equally. Also I have many of my friends/colleagues whose GC's & H1's have been approved without any issues through Horizon. Goodluck n Cheers guys.

commentThis comapany is fake and the so called president of this company [Name Removed by Admin] is very cunning,selfish and hungry fox for the money,he cheats you on H1b and dont have good resource to takecare for RFE and other documentation.
They dont have proper marketing strategy and no good employees
i want all the student to get aware from this cheater and hungry fox.
