Main Office: Irving, TX - NAICS Industry: Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services
H-1B Dependent: Yes - Willfull Violator: No

Global Bridge Infotech, Inc. filed 80 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas and 12 labor certifications (LCs) for green cards during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. Global Bridge Infotech was ranked number 2,729 among all visa sponsors. Additionally, 1 LCA was denied or withdrawn during the same period.

Before Global Bridge Infotech can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations. The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by Global Bridge Infotech. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.

The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, Global Bridge Infotech submitted 97 LCAs and LCs during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.

The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

★★★★★ - Best Employer - - Nikhil - 12/28/2023 - flag as inappropriate - comment
I have been working with Gbit from last 3 years. People and processes are very clear and transparent. I have joined here as a fresher with a limited knowledge they have helped me in finding an internship position with one of their clients I have learnt a lot, and it gave me confidence to level up in my Carrer it's hard to find such genuine firm now a days I am looking forward to work with them in my future projects.

★★★★★ - Happy to be a part of GBIT - - Raviteja - 10/14/2020 - flag as inappropriate - comment
Mine was a different scenario where my previous employer was involved in some tax-related issues and suggested the employees move out of the company. It was around my extension time when I need to file for my extension in less than 3 weeks. I approached GBIT through a friend and the way they responded after listening to me was pragmatic and welcoming. They walked me over the company policies which are on the positive side for the employee and transparent that made me join GBIT. In less than 3 weeks my extension was filed with all proper documentation and I was approved for 3 years.

★★★★★ - Good for Ambitious people - - - 10/14/2020 - flag as inappropriate - comment
I have been with GBIT for a very long time. I have been working in the Bentonville location for around 8 years, I joined this company with my senior recommendation and got the job at Bentonville in 5 weeks. There is no person called Amit as a manager as far as I know. I never heard about 7 people who were fired at that location I have joined a long time ago and continuing. As per my knowledge GBIT is not having any kind of guest houses past 2 years, I came to know this information because I was trying to refer one of my Cousin, But management told me that they no longer hiring people on training and guest house accommodation manner. I am wondering how people can post their false opinions on public platforms. If you are having any concerns this is not the way to post false info on public platforms. Remember that we are also employees like you and our GC in the last stag on GBIT, because of your unsatisfied corner no need to write false info on public domains. If you are having concerns please discuss it with them.
