Please keep in mind this company even though registered with government as GDT Inc, but they are doing business as Greystone Data Technology. So if you search Greystone Data Technology it's very possible you won't find this company, part of owner's tricks.
Extremely horrible company. It's owned by a Vietnamese couple who treats employees like personal servants. Because they bring workers from Vietnam illegally under tourist visa and pay them peanuts, so owners always have this mentality that he could have gotten things done much cheaper, therefore require employee to work extreme hard, over time, travel on weekends, all without any extra compensation because you are "exempt" employee right?
Company has no benefits. No profit sharing, no insurance of any sort, no bonus. Even though you have 3 days that you can theoretically use as sick leave, but it comes with heavy questioning.
Owner also have trust issue. They installed cameras with mics all over work place, literally more than a bank. They watch to make sure employee arrive not a minute late, watch when they step out for lunch, when come back from lunch, and monitor how employee talk to customer on the phone.
You probably think this is a large company therefore difficult to manage right? It has 5 people total. 3 of them come from Vietnam on tourist visa which have already expired, longest have stayed here since 2014. The other 2 are legal employees who does shipping/receiving and accounting.
This family "company" had 3 H1-B applications rejected in 2016 and 1 H1-B withdrawn in 2017. The 2017 case received RFE from USCIS, which asked owner to provide some further documentation. A normal business has nothing to hide would just provide that right? USCIS was asking for some legitimate business documents, but owners due to some shady practices didn't want to submit further documents. Instead they found a obscurer reason and fired that employee claiming it was within probation period.
