commentI got an email from Enterprise Solution, Inc. regarding job opportunity from one of their recruiter. At this point, i am not interested so i forward to one of my friend who is looking for change in job. He tried to call the number mentioned in the email, the person on the phone who send the email initially was very rude. He tried to say why did you call at this time, time of the call was : 4.45 PM Saturday(as per the email, nothing was mentioned about calling hours). Also he said why are you calling for this opportunity if you are not citizen of USA or holding green card. But it was not mentioned in the email anywhere. According to him, applying for full time position means you need to be citizen or green card holder. Seriously??? I am having H1B and working for a full time permanent position. upon asking why you are being so rude, he just hung up. very bad and unprofessional behavior.
- 5/11/2017 - I never worked with them but since i am looking for a job i too get emails from them. About the time: most of the recruiters are located in India and are working in night shifts. If it is 9am EST here in US then probably its either 6:30pm or 7:30pm in India. If ur friend called that person at 4:45pm then probably for the recruiter it was middle of the night, around 2:15am. No one would expect any phone call at that time, would you? -

commentIf it is a great company there should be some reviews. I didn't find any reviews for ESI. As an employee, I never felt satisfied with their process. They just delay the GC process forever and ever. In the long wait I lost my 80% of the H1 period and end up in a critical time now. Please be careful if you are planning on join as fresh H1B or transferring your H1B to ESI.
krishna pingeli - 3/14/2019 - I worked for enterprise for 3 years and they didn't filed my I-485 when dates were current in JUL 2007 and I waited for 2.5 years to become current and Immigrated to Canada in JAN 2010.
They broke their promise of immediate green card sponsorship when I joined them, they withdraw my I-140 in 2011 after I left them.
They ignored my repeated requests to resume my green card after I became citizen in 2014.
don't stay with this company hoping to get green card.
