commentI am really happy to be part of ERP Analysts family.I would like to thank the HR Management who gives the top priority to the employee and always stands at any point of time to help the employees. IT Management team always encourages to join the regular carrier development skills training's, which are conducted very frequently to get updated in market.I really love spending the outings on every month which makes me relax for a day and boost a lot of energy. Lastly, but very important is management provides very good health benefits with multiple options and quarterly gifts and they provide the Good salary margin and yearly bonus, which makes me more happy.

commentERPA is one of the best staffing firms with more than 700 employees. It’s a millions dollar company and they have lot of in-house clients. The reason I am telling this because they have enough money and they won’t steal from us employees.
I never faced any problem with them for the last 8 years in any way. Say it payroll or green card processing etc.
Trust me I wouldn’t be writing anything here unless It’s true .

commentI have been an ERPA employee for a long time and I never had any issues with theor professionalism or commitment towards employees. We believe that we are all in this together and that keeps us moving forward as a team. ERPA has always addressed my visa, job and payroll concerns. Their benefit and insurance program is one of the best and I never regretted joining this company. They have skilled employees taking care of the business and that built the confidence in me to be with the company for this long time. Overall I am very pleased with ERPA and how they do business.

commentI have been working for ERP Analysts for about 9 years now. A highly professional organization with high ethical core values. One of the few Organizations where it puts employees welfare as the top priority. There are about 500+ employees now. Very well organized dedicated teams - HR Team, Payroll Team and Immigration teams lead by Harsha and others. CEO's are very transparent - communicate and share the goals of the Organization with employees on a regular basis. Over ERPA have grown big and have roots in many technologies - PeopleSoft, Java, Big Data, AWS, Oracle HCM cloud, Workday and what not.

ERPA helped me excel in my field as a Peoplesoft consultant. The work culture here is very professional and helped me meet some great people. They are very genuine and handle all the visa processing, payroll processing efficiently. I am really lucky to be part of ERPA which helped me develop a great career.

commentERP has been a great place to work. I have been with ERP for close to 4 years and it has been a great experience. The work culture is amazing and each employee is given special focus with a chance to improve and excel in every way.
Sky is the limit for the growth and i definitely feel I am very happy to joined ERP which accelerated my career growth.
Also as a company they make sure the payroll is on time, provide the benefits including insurance coverage, take care of visa processing in timely fashion and overall a great support system for the employee.
They also provide training to the employees to make sure everyone has a chance to learn new technologies and get hands on so that they can explore new possibilities and ready for tomorrow.I am trained in Amazon Web Services, Bigdata and Business Analytics from ERPA.

The most exciting part is the people I got to know, good people who understand the commitment a new guy puts into his career.

One of the worst company. I see few consultants coming from that company in one of my previous project. The resource from that company was fake. The person who took the interview was different and the resource onboard was differnt.
Abburi - 3/11/2016 - This is very fair and neat company to join, Harsha have very high ethical values, once you join this company and just relax, until you get GC you don't need to worry about anything, Marketing is good but who cares if really talented ? any employer problem,join ERP Analysts and get normal pulse and heartbeat.
Harsha remembers everyone even though they have thousands of employees.
I saw lot of Desi Employers having worst and sick attitude who have just 100 employees, but Harsha is Very down to earth,this is 100% truth folks.
