It is a very nice IT Infrastructure Management Solutions Company where you will get ample opportunity to learn while you work. The management is really good and they have proper career development program for all employees. They provide a lot of training to boost the career. I have been working at Doli Systems full time.
Pros:
A good company for those who are interested in advance technology.Doli systems is an IT infrastructure company of high performance, high precision .

Cons:
A start-up company established in year 2013, need to focus on a limited business segment rather than diversify business in more than three sector of infrastructure.
I am happy to work with doli systems As there are co-workers who cooperate to handle every difficult situation.

Doli systems private limited
As far as my experience, I would suggest not to join DOLI SYSTEMS, as DOLI SYSTEMS has been black listed by most of all MNC IT Companies.. I dont know how these guys still start to train/cheat freshers.

In the Month of Jan 2011 IBM has fired almost 20 of its Employees, who were trained by DOLI SYSTEMS. Not only in IBM most of the IT companies does not pick up who was trained by DOLI SYSTEMS. Still the guys who have been fired out are still jobless.

This is a Fake company, the candidates are on bench without pay for more than 4 months. They do not care. I was without a project for almost 6 months and never got paid by them. I lost everything, I paid them $5000.00 equivalent for my H1b and never got a single rupee back. This is a FAKE company, never pay there employees on time never, never never.
