Completely agree with reviewer below. They mislead people about their EV-C model. They supply to another big job shop that in turn supplies to the client. Very tough to get H1 approved without RFE. Even if H1 is approved, stamping is almost impossible without long 221g checks during which you will be stuck without pay in your home country. Avoid a nightmare in your life and look elsewhere for a job if you need H1B.

However, they do pay well and on time with proper paystubs etc (every week) unlike some other contract places that pay very sporadically. If you do not need a H1B (ie on OPT etc) its not too terrible a contractor to work for temporarily.

I worked with them on a contract a couple years ago, first they provided a misleading offer that never mentioned that they operated a E-V-C jobshop model (not a direct client model).
This company is run by 2-3 people in a home based setup I think. Do not communicate/accept offers from here

Let me first say that this company is the worst company to work for when it come to the IT business. Their management seems to overlook the critical operations,they dont even take care of their employees! They don't pay their employees enough salary( seems like management is makin all the big figures). I would rather go work for Man Power! The IRS should audit this company! People dont do business with these crooks! They are a bunch of fast talkers full of Air!

I had been an employee of this company in the year 2008 and I found not even 1% of Employer employee relation. As we know most of the companies take care of their employee while sponsoring visa yet, here they ask us to pay a portion of the fee. Pay rate is really terrible and employee gets only 23% of of the actual payment.. There are hardly 3 people who manages the entire operation and they never take a responsibility even to reply for any emails.
