In the consulting world , where new companies pop up everyday , its truly commendable to know that a company is in existence since 1997 and serving major Clients in a variety of Industries

Through out my SAP career , I got the opportunity to work for many Fortune 500 companies through out US , only because of Delta leadership's efforts and innovative practices.

Its very rare to find consulting companies that strive to make sure you are equipped with latest technology by providing high quality training and continuous technical support from experts . Working as Software Developer for the past 5 years. Excellent company to work with. Most of the companies pay on monthly basis but at Delta we get paid for every 2 weeks. Got paid on time for every two weeks.

Here is Lesson to all
1. This company blacklisted by USCIS
2. As soon you selected for client interview they will promise to do GC process on time but it will start after 1 year if you argue and fight with them.
3. All communication will be in whats up only!
4. You can’t get any response back from this employer
5. You will not get salary on time if you are in C2C (corp to corp)
6. Once your contract is over, employer will not pay any salary or execute your payroll. You have to pay Tax else you will be out of status.
7. They never keep their promises whatever they gave to us
8. Many employees switched within 2 months after they joined this employer.

company director offer salary only on paper but in reality they delay payments or pay half salary to employees and threaten employees with revoking visa if they ask salary as per agreement.
company recruits innocent people from india, who donot know about company, fall prey, become slaves to the company working day and night billing the client.
scam company, nothing is there in this company.
company director says salary is on 70:30 ratio, but on offer letter it will be $75,000, they will say remaining amount we will direct deposit to your bank account, for tax purpose, or when employee is on bench to maintain visa status official agreement will be $75,000, the remaining salary amount accumulated as per agreement 70:30 ratio will never be paid. nobody with family can survive on $75,000 in west coast, director will happily takes remaining amount which is hard earned money by employees from client.
company director holds LCA and necessary visa documents, they donot give or show them to employees
company directors based in atlanta and india are liars, donot trust them
company director only care about client billing
they start recruiting people offering good salary on paper, they tell about benefits and insurance but they never pay agreed salary, benefits and insurance
they keep calling people until they join their company once they join the company, they will stop communicating with employees, they wont pickup employee phone calls, they use whats app to communicate so that there wont be any legal evidence against them. they wont reply to employee emails.

      - 1/23/2017 - This is the Fraud company,They do not have work ethics and liars including the company management.
Hope god will punish such people as they are making the innocent people who are coming on H1B VISA from India with less knowledge about the H1B,and making people work for less money,they take out all the salary,They are also charging the H1B fees from the candidate saying they will return it after one year.
My friends don't join this company even by mistake, it is fraud company and I'm not sure why this country is not taking actions against such companies who are making the H1B employees work like labors for less, Hope Trump will bring some strict immigration rules so all such fraud companies will be black listed overnight and deport these people on the same night from this country, they don't deserve to live in this country, they are spoiling this country like India.
