Overview

NAICS Industry: Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services
H-1B Dependent: No - Willfull Violator: No

Computer Enterprises, Inc. filed 37 labor condition applications (LCAs) for H-1B visas and 3 labor certifications (LCs) for green cards during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. Computer Enterprises was ranked number 6,011 among all visa sponsors. Additionally, 4 LCAs were denied or withdrawn during the same period.

Before Computer Enterprises can hire foreign workers, whether permanently or temporarily, it must submit labor certifications to the Department of Labor (DOL). These certifications confirm compliance with wage requirements for the specified job locations. The reports below summarize Labor Condition Applications (LCA) for H-1B visas and Labor Certifications (LC) for green cards filed by Computer Enterprises. This data represents only the number of applications submitted and does not guarantee visa approvals or worker hires.

The LCA data includes applications for various purposes: new employment, continuation or changes to previously approved employment, new concurrent employment, changes in employer, and amended petitions. Typically, only LCAs for new employment require an H-1B visa cap if the employer is not cap-exempt.For example, Computer Enterprises submitted 40 LCAs and LCs during fiscal years 2022 - 2024. However, this figure does not necessarily reflect the number of foreign workers hired, as visa applications can be denied. Additionally, employees renewing or transferring H-1B visas or changing work locations may need to file new LCAs.

The DOL generally certifies more than three times the number of foreign worker requests compared to the H-1B visas issued by USCIS. Therefore, there is no direct correlation between the number of workers certified by the DOL and the H-1B visas issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

★☆☆☆☆ - Never ever join them if on H1 - - Sudhakar - 4/4/2017 - flag as inappropriate - comment
Dont join these guys and screw up your life and dreams if you are on H1. No need for details.

★☆☆☆☆ - They suck the blood of H1 people - - - 1/20/2016 - flag as inappropriate - comment
Beyond every H1 guy there is one cheating desi company story. That’s true in case of 80% of H1 people. This is the company in one of those. We struggle a lot to get our graduate degree, masters, to get H1 and our career through GC processing. Finally all our talent goes into the trap of these 10th standard failed guys. These type of the companies that suck the blood of H1 people and cheat them and make use of their valuable H1 career time. The sad to story beyond mine is that the marketing guy cheated me saying that the project is long term and asked me to transfer visa and promised me the green card processing.Just I believed them and got into their trap. After that I realized that these cheating guys just making use of my valuable time on H1 and paying less by saying they process my green card. Stay away from these guys if you are serious about your H1 career. As long as the project going fine at client location we do not realize the actual behavior of this company. Once project end date is confirmed at client location then they show their actual behavior.

★★☆☆☆ - H1 people are abused at this company - - - 7/15/2014 - flag as inappropriate - comment
H1 people are abused at this company and treated as slaves. They revoke the H1 visa and layoff people like local US companies without notice if they don't have projects to place. They didn't share my I-140 document in GC processing. They expect the people to work for them like slaves by holding these documents. They need one month notice to get out of this company. So for transferring H1 no one waits for one month and that is the reason they keep this rule. So obviously you become as a slave to them. I went to them to office location and had a big fight with them regarding my 140 document to be shared to me. They didn't agree. They threatened me that they even revoke my I-140 and H1 immediately so that I will lose my priority date and leave the country.

★☆☆☆☆ - Worst company ever seen - - - 4/10/2014 - flag as inappropriate - comment
The company owner is a politician, company lawyer is a sadist, the HR lady is innocent and the marketing people are stupids and cunning. These all together make this company as horrible place to work. They layoff at any time with one day notice once project done.

★☆☆☆☆ - Dangerous company to work for those people who are on H1 visa. - - - 2/28/2014 - flag as inappropriate - comment
Dangerous company to work for those people who are on H1 visa. H1 guys please stay away from this company. The most annoyed workforce in this country is the working people on H1. The career of H1 people is always a disaster because of lot issues like bad employers, layoffs, immigration issues, stamping and etc. Companies like this put them in more trouble. In this company you are safe as long as you are in the project. Once you are on bench they start troubling you. Your life will become a disaster, you get sleepless nights, one fine morning the HR lady will call you and say today is your last day and we are revoking your visa. That’s it, you have to pack up and leave the country. The victims of this company are who unknowing transferred their H1 visa to them and also people who came from India on their H1. Once you are in their trap they start sucking your blood. You don't have grounds to negotiate salary, request for GC processing etc. If you are already in their tarp, please try to get out as soon as you can before you die. The HR lady and marketing guys are just pawns in the game. They don't have decision authorities. Top level management use them like pawns for playing. They have internal attorneys who are partners of this company. They will be ready to jump on you if you are not ready to follow their bench rules and exit formalities. The owner of this is one of the local politician who is trying to win the elections in Pittsburgh from last several years but could not succeed. You know how dirty the politics are. Same dirt spread across the company. Their major intention is to earn money and not to care about working people and about their concerns.
The marketing guys boast about the company while you are joining and they pretend that they always there to help you. They ask you to transfer H1 to them and try to trap you. Some marketing people of this company are on H1 visa. I don't know how the H1 approved for them without 16 year education. Seems some internal visa frauds also going on. They provide fake client letters to bring the people on H1 from India. Someone should complain about them to USCIS.
They don't care how long the project is and say that the project is long term. Even for 3 months project they say that it is 2 years and bring you on board. You sign the apartment lease for year believing that project is long term and within 3 months you have to break the lease. Your life goes smooth as long as you are in the project. They arrange Christmas holiday parties, summer picnics etc. Once you are out of project you are going to see how the hell looks like.
They offer 401K plan after one year. But it is of no use. There will be no contribution from employer side. Everything goes out from your pocket. Only good thing about this company is that they pay the salary on time. Getting green card though them is like a nightmare, they always try to file you on EB3. Even they don't hand over the I-140 document. You are stuck with them for several years. Never think of getting GC through them. They may even trouble you at final stage of GC. They ask you to pay for your GC processing.
While you are on bench period they reduce your salary. They will get a signed document from you asking that you have to pay them back the money while they paid you on bench if you leave the company. You have to work for at least 24 months for them at client location after bench period, if you resign you have to pay all the damages amount back to them. Even their client pool also less. Not able to survive competition in their main location Pittsburgh also. They don't have any alternate for placing H1 people if they come back from project. Their only way is to layoff them. They don't work with other vendors or work on percentage basis. They don't care whether your GC process is in between. They drown you in the middle of the see. Lot of people lost their career because of these guys. One of guy’s wife got abortion by seeing all the tensions his husband seen while working at them. They were ready to revoke his visa while he was in bench. Even they don’t file your H1 extension till last 2 days of expiry. Their only intention is to use the H1 people and throw them away once the project is done. H1 guys believing them is like goat believing a butcher man.
Finally if you see any good review about this company don't believe them. They are all fake and created by marketing guys there. My humble request to H1 people, please stay away from this company. I screwed up my life by staying with them. I lost everything and I don't want any other H1 guy to fall in their trap. Again I expect 30mins of my time for writing this review should save life of at least 30 H1 people.
