Horrible Staffing company -

commentWorst company to work. This company is just a staffing company. There is no guarantee about Job security or Contract. Anytime employees can get laid-off within a short notice.
Management is very poor. This company depends on other vendor for projects hence there is no hold.
Employees from other departments like Immigration, Finance, Sales do not work seriously.

commentThis has to be the worst company I have ever worked for. They are very antiqued in their management style. They think they are motivating everyone through fear of being fired. They are the great DE-MOTIVATORS and will not tolerate anyone who has a different opinion on the way to do things; they think they know it all. If you like to work in an environment where you don't know if you are being fired on a daily basis, where you have no management support and they don't understand the 21st century dynamics and methods of marketing, then this is the place for you.

commentEvery company is out there to make money as this is a business and in return they give you employment, visa and green card. Charterglobal has been very fair to the employees and they make sure to get you the best options in salary, benefits , project. Some of their sales people are the best in industry with knowledge and response time. I have been with them for 5 years now and I recommend this company.

commentI have been working with CGI for the past three years and I can truly say that it has been a wonderful experience so far. We all know how IT companies operate, this one is definitely different. The account managers are very proactive and they go above and beyond to help you. i would definitely recommend this company!
