commentTry to avoid this company as much as possible. They try to target students and will surely manipulate them with fake statements and assurances. They have don't have any training faculty or marketing team either. these people don't have any ethics or moral values. they try to squeeze the money and blood out of candidates with their fake policies and promises. never be a bait or prey for these hunters. i feel really regret now for wasting my time with these people. their main target is students.
This is one of the worst Consultancy i have ever seen. Unfortunately i have joined this consultancy. They took 6 months to find me a job and that too with a low payrate. The marketing staff are useless. The traing is bit ok. They are always slow and slaggy, and even never respond to Students. There are no good resources with them which helps us to crack the interview(you know what i mean). Only in the name of ITechus this company runs. I even doubt the 5 Star rating. This company is a piece of s**t. There are many good companies which are far better than this.

commentThis is one of the best companies i have worked with, innovative team, excellence in delivering the project.
They treat employees like grown-ups. They share information with employees, listen to their ideas (or better yet, actively seek out and act upon their ideas) and assume they are responsible enough to manage their own time .They treat people fairly. They pay people decently.
They help employees with their careers and understand that not all careers are built the same. They have strong training programs, reimburse tuition for education outside of work, have active, well-thought out platforms for mentoring
They understand that people have lives outside of work, and that these lives might sometimes impinge on (or even take over) their time and attention. They realize that allowing for some work-life give and take means not only that they won’t waste time and money on unnecessary turnover, but that they’ll build loyalty and commitment.
They have a purpose that everyone understands. Even better, every employee can tell you the role he or she plays in achieving that purpose
It’s not easy to achieve all of this. in one line its great company to work with.

commentVery poor knowledge of the industry. They lack the minimum responsibility of following up with the employees.
