Horrible company!!! They revoke H1B visa/work permit and withdraw H1B application prior to the approval, especially if the position is contract to hire with client. Even if you pay for premium processing, they only starts the H1B transfer after the employee completes 2 weeks with client and they never reveal the receipt of H1B with many reasons of their own. The premium processing will help them them to get the H1B withdrawal result at the earliest. Never join this company with H1B transfer. They spoil your career in America. HR and Management is so poor that they don't even have any genuineness in doing the business and they call themselves as American Employer!
