Only with the Astir IT I never received RFE for H1B transfer & amendments, and even for the H1 extension, after I140 as well. My GC process also went very smoothly. Always approachable & helpful!

commentI am happy with Astir so far and plan on staying here. Management is quick to respond to queries and has been very open and helpful regarding visa sponsorship. The recruitment team has helped me get some projects, but I do get my own projects sometimes. I haven't had any issues with them, especially with pay, which I have had issues with other employers.

commentI have worked for a couple of IT consulting companies, and so far Astir has been good to me. I found a good project with them after taking a set of training courses. I have found that HR has been very transparent in helping me through my STEM requirements. I joined Astir on the recommendation of a classmate and have no complaints thus far.

Main Cheating Candidates:
Kanan Mehta: She is the HR and Immigration but as per the company roles they give the name to "BOB" (Signature guy) so the Department of Homeland security will think as a legitimate company.
She blackmails people status. If you are H1B with that company you will be tortured.
Ravi Shankar:Complete waster person. you will see the false promises of this person on the first day itself.
Suggestion to New Joiners especially OPT's this is not a worth company? if you are too needy that's your choice but you will be keep on faking your resume forever until you get green card.
This is the life you came to USA?
Coming to green card processing you guys have to pay $5000 at once and they mention the process will take two years to get I-140, does it make any sense?
Regarding H1B filing they don't have a lawyer, they do their own petitions, so there is a high chance of getting rejected.
Just my two cents don't join this company.

commentI've never had any bad experiences working for Astir. I have been with Astir for almost 5 years and have always been placed on good projects with good customers. I've felt their marketing team is solid, and has gotten me quick interviews when needed. The HR department has been very helpful through my immigration process. Overall, they have been a good employer. If I were to think of anything they could improve on, I would say more formal training opportunities are needed.

commentPlease be aware of this Company they don’t have basic integrity not reliable their Worst ever team don’t have any work ethics or industry knowledge, I would rather say don’t waste your time Dear recruiters I had the very worst bizarre experience with Astir IT solutions. lack of consistency Consultant never show up for interviews and Employers are least bother and always no clues with their consultant status. Well any sort of paper work or SOW will be hectic dealing with the team. Be careful who you invest your time in… wasted TIME is worse than wasted Money but then not twice.

commentI transferred my H1 to Astir last year. I had a friend who worked for Astir, and he suggested to a few of our friends that we work their too.
They provide information much better than my old company and I haven't had any issues with payment. That is something I always had trouble with at other employers.
I like working here, and would suggest Astir to anyone who is looking to transfer their H1, or needs an H1.

Since I joined the, I have been on the same project. One of my co-workers at the client site was looking for a new employer, so I suggested Astir. He is now working for them too. I definitely recommend Astir, especially if you are looking for visa processing.

I recently joined Astir, and they put me through a free training program. After I finished the training, they provided mock interviews for me to practice. They were very flexible, and I felt this helped me get a better project.
Astir helped market my profile, and I was able to find a good, long term client project. The recruiters were always in touch with me, and set me up with multiple interviews. I am happy working for Astir.

After having heard horror stories from my friends and their employers I researched many companies and found Astir to have a good reputation. They have been good to me, and I have not had any issues.
