I have been working with Anjaneyap since 2 years. It has been a great experience with entire team. The immigration team is very cooperative. I have never face any payments/salary issues from FI team. Company is having some good stable process like Appraisal and weekly status report using that managers are well connected to Employee.

This is so far the best medium size IT services company in Bay Area. HR manager, VP and trainer all are extremely helpful. They will also walk an extra mile to help your spouse on Visa process. 8 years and still going strong. Do not worry about stamping process. They urged me to send documents for GC as soon as possible and that was actually very kind of them to get it done within first 2 years as no Company does this.

It is a very professional company - payments/salary is always on time and I never had any concern in terms of immigration. Very responsive when you have any questions /concerns.

I have personally worked with them as a consultant and my professional experience with them is nothing less than a nightmare. I have more than 10 years of experience in IT industry and Anjaneyap is by far the worst company that am associated with. They hold the payments of the consultants for a very long time. They try to find every reason or create one to avoid payments to the consultants. Very unprofessional and very bad communication. Have to write hundereds of emails to get information and clarify an issue. My honest advise to anybody who is reading this is to just keep away from this unprofessional company and its people if you are serious about your career and salary payments.
