commentDon't trust the positive rating's, all are wrong, misleading and given by company management friends.
I worked as a software engineer in this company for an year. Marketing team is good but "Management" and "HR" team is horrible and no where close to professional. They will delay every months pay at least for two months that to after following up each day many times. They won't even bother about employee problems and immigration status they will always ignore and delay the response.They always give false promises.
Don't waste your time and career here.

They have a really good marketing team and the trainers here are extremely knowledgeable and they have a good stack of Technologies coverage. The resource management, immigration, HR and payroll departments are very efficient and handle all requests very professionally. Nag at Ameritech Global is a fantastic person to work with. Very dedicated, honest and committed person at work. He guides everyone from the beginning till the end of the process of getting placed. I would say this as a 100% trustworthy organization who keep up their promises and work towards it aggressively and make you land on projects within no time.
Honesty and transparency keep them above everyone. They provide very competitive pay as well. Benefits are also really good- good health insurance, 401k. My Experience with Ameritech Global has been very positive overall.

commentI have been working with Ameritech from past two years, they are on the same page providing me the benefits till date which they promised me on my first day.The training which was provided me on MQ is really helping me a lot in sticking to one single career,even giving me a wide range of opportunities to excel. My GC process/H1 filing with Ameritech will be smooth and fast replying in immigration related matters and my paycheck will be on time always.
The trainer on MQ/MB training was marvelous and marketing team are helpful finding right project.
If any one want to run in middleware Stream, I would prefer Ameritech is the best place to start the career.

I have been working with Ameitech Global Inc for more than 3 years. I am still with them and I will be with them.
Best Salary:
As a consultant, fore most things that we look for are the best rate/salary, transparency about billing rates from middle vendors, and timely payroll cycle. You can get all of those here without compromising on any one. I didn’t ever have a problem with my salary and I didn’t even hear any of other Ameritech employees complaining about their salary (billing rates).
Marketing and technologies:
Marketing plays a vital role in getting you placed and keeping you less time on bench. Ameritech Global got an excellent marketing staff. I haven’t ever been on bench for more than two weeks. Since Ameritech Global offers disparate technologies like Middleware (IMB Websphere Message Queue (WMQ), Websphere message Broker (WMB), and Websphere Application Server (WAS)), JAVA, .NET, TESTING, validation and others, employees are getting plenty of opportunities.
Guidance in choosing the right technologies:
Ameritech Global technical recruitment specialists are so amiable in nature. They listen to you and suggest the best technology that fits your area of interest (especially for CPT and OPT students). Unlike other consultancies, they don’t force you to get into the technologies that they are most comfortable in. I can see their professionalism here by not doing like any other consultancies.
Immigration process – H1b and GC:
I hear from lot of my friends about immigration difficulties that they have with other consultancies. But with Ameritech Global, immigration department staff is vigilant enough to initiate H1B filing & extensions, prompt response to any H1B quires and Green card processing.
For CPT and OPT students:
With my personal experience as a CPT and OPT student with Ameritech Global was an amazing experience. I cannot expect more than whatever the support and service that they provided me over that time. As a student, I was in a chaotic situation in choosing the right technology. They helped me in choosing the best technology that fits in for me. And they paid me the best salary that a CPT and OPT student ever get from any other consultancy.
Overall, I give 5 start rating for this company and I would highly recommend any one (especially for CPT and OPT students as they offer the best salary than any other consultancies) joining Ameritech Global Inc.

1. They have an excellent marketing team for most of the technologies(Middleware(WAS,MQ,MB), JAVA,.Net, testing) and can show plenty of opportunities in any location. I was never on bench for more than a week.
2. The staff is so friendly and very well understands your concerns @ ur job location and is ready to look for new opportunities.
3. The payrates from vendor are very transparent. Same with payrolls (they are very transparent)

I heard form my colleagues and friends that there consultancies didn't pay on time and doesn't care much.
