Great place to work, Good support from management in all aspects. Team work with great coordination. Salaries on time, Special bonus for every quarter best employee and also special bonus for best employee of the year.

1. Salary on time. You never have to worry about it. In my case, one vendor was paying us very late. But Alameda never delayed my payments. My salary was on time.

2. They pay for H1 costs themselves. They never asked me for money for H1s.

3. Very good client base in the development field. In the last 3 year I never had any bench time. They make sure that their employees stay on projects. The owner is very tech savvy and is still very hands on. It is honestly very surprising about how he can manage a company that big and still stay hands on.

Cons:-

1. Their marketing and strength are limited to development. Especially Java, UI, AWS etc.

So happy to be part of Alameda Family, when I joined as a fresher they helped me in all aspects like Support and Training... I can say the best part for Alameda is there Marketing and their promptness in delivering what they committed. Very highly recommended for fresher’s who are willing to stay for a long time.

Great company to work for. I got my H-1 approved, they paid on time, never had any issues with payroll or immigration approvals. very straightforward. Very helpful in the technology upgrade and project support.

I am glad to be part of this company. One of the reasons I’m attracted to this company is because of obvious willingness to help the freshers to give the suggestions to choose the correct path and also giving the better career growth opportunities to the experienced candidates.
