I am a Developer working with AITA for almost 3 years. They have good helping staff and also the marketing is really good. Of Course, I haven't worked with the Marketing Team recently as I was with the same client since I started with AITA. Yes, They have some good clients with long term projects.

Good Clients, Transparency in Pay Rate, Good Benefits and Group Insurance, In Time Pay and staff availability is what I like the most about this company.

I am working for almost 4 years till now with this company. Its a very employee friendly place to work. The management is so close to the employees and they treat them like family. Well, to discuss about the pay, they will be on time for the payroll everytime. There is nothing like hold or delay in payments. They pay the last day of month end or max the first day of next month. For eg: You are working for May month and by May 31st or max June 1st your MAY month pay will be in your account. And very importantly, the paperwork which they do for H1 processing or Green card processing is perfect. The marketing team is very professional and they will be frequently in touch with you to confirm on the submission of the resume to the client or scheduling an interview and also confirm on the preparation for the interview. And also the process is very transparent between consultant, vendor and employer. To summarize, its a very good place to work and team is perfect to work with.

I've been working at AITA Consulting Services for 7+ years. This company is employee friendly and is a great place to work. The company trains employees in the latest technologies with experienced faculty. The company has a very efficient marketing team. Employees are paid on time and are given yearly bonus based on experience and performance. The company also offers very good health insurance and 401(K) retirement plans. Employees are treated as a family. The company is always welcome to new ideas from Employees and at the same time compensates its employees very well for their contributions to its continuing growth and success. Overall, this is really a great place to work and progress in life.

i feel better bcoz i spent 3 mnths in one consultancy on bench after coming to Aita Consultancy Services i got project with in 15 days .training is good . and coming to Marketing team they all are lot of exp in this field if u give any type of resume they'll please that guy with in 20days . this type of marketing team u can't find anywhere in US as per knowledge. am really happy with this company. before joining this company i read some bad reviews regarding this company but one of my friend refer me that this one is Good i hope now i feel i reach right place Good management, support, trainings

This place is a terrible place. I wasted 5 months here. I know 6 people who never got placed by them. It is not a job consultancy. There is just one guy, who is the owner of this Consultancy. He works full time himself. The office is just a place which is closed all the time. The only time it opens is when someone is visiting. No body works here in the US at this place. Everyone is in India. One guy is the main guy from Hyderabad, INDIA who takes care of everything. He is the owner's right hand. Trainers are also full time professionals who work and train at their own convenience. All together no one cares. You'll keep sitting at home and keep chatting with the guy in India. They will quote very high rates and will therefore not be accepted for half the offers.

All together, they are greedy people who are playing with students' and professional's lives. Take my word.. Don't think of joining them.
