• Supervised a team of 3 on data reporting activities, ensuring that team members were meeting the various project objectives, deliverables and timelines. Also provided mentorship of good data management practice • Designed and implemented a CDC funded DHIS2 system on the PROUD-Z project for use nationwide to collect and report PEPFAR funded HIV indicators. This system was automated to report data to DATIM instead of manual data entry. This cut the redundant manpower and time to report by close to 80% • Development of file backup system using Python (Flask framework) for study participants of the TB_SRN Study under the University of Bern (Switzerland). This ensured that all study participant images collected during the study such as X-rays, were safely available for data analysis once the study completed--
