• Machine Operation: Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and operation. Monitor the machines for efficient production and promptly address any issues or malfunctions. • Production Line Tasks: Work as part of a team on a production line, performing tasks such as assembling, packaging, labeling, and quality checking products. Ensure that products are consistent in quality and meet specified standards. 1/2 • Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products onto and from production lines, conveyor belts, and storage areas. Follow proper handling procedures to prevent damage or contamination. • Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications. Report any quality issues to supervisors and work with the team to rectify them. Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results. • Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas, machinery, and equipment clean and well-maintained. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery, replacing worn parts, and cleaning workspaces to ensure smooth operation. • Record Keeping: Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, defects identified, and any other relevant information. Maintain organized and up-to- date records to support quality control and reporting. • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow. Communicate any production- related issues, suggestions for improvement, or supply requirements. • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency. Provide feedback and ideas to supervisors for optimizing production procedures, reducing waste, and enhancing product quality. • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and equipment operation. Stay updated on new technologies and techniques. • Shift Flexibility: Adapt to varying work schedules, including shifts, overtime, and weekend work, as required by production demands.--
