Successfully managed the tracking of the about 4500 nos of Mechanical equipments from the Pre-Order stage to the Post Order stage. ? In the Pre-Order stage, worked in co-ordination with the consultants for Equipment List including Long Lead Equipment and Super ODC (Over Dimensional Consignment), release of specifications and drawings, tracked and maintained the status of equipment released for purchase and ensure the delivery of the equipment is as per the schedule ? In the Post- Order stage, worked in co-ordination with Expeditors for the delivery status of equipment if it is as per schedule. In case of slippage, flashed the same to the management. Also maintained the Critical Vendors List, equipment on the critical path and tracked the equipment delivery to the site through SAP. ? Based on the equipment status, released various reports to the management weekly / fortnightly in the Pre-Order and Post-Order stages. ? As a part of the Central team, was involved in the preparation of weekly reports to the management and organisation charts. Mar 2002 to Apr 2005 Assistant Manager ( Materials Planning ) Project – National Head Quarters, Petroleum House and CLC, Navi Mumbai, India Principal Architects of International Repute ? Successfully managed the tracking of Interior and Exterior materials from the Pre-Order Stage to the Post-Order Stage. ? Worked in co-ordination with the Architects and Consultants for the release of drawings, MTO (Material Take Off) and specifications, raised the Purchase Requisition for the materials in the system through SAP. ? Worked in co-ordination with Procurement team for the status of the materials for items requisitioned and ensured the items are ordered and the delivery is as per the Procurement Plan. Also tracked the materials received at site through SAP. ? Based on the material status, released various reports to the management weekly / fortnightly basis. ? As a part of the Central team, was involved in the preparation of weekly reports to the management and organisation charts.--
