Highlights:I have 17 years of experience in Wind industry, mainly for Gamesa / Siemens Gamesa Company, of which the first 4 years working in construction of wind farms as a Quality technician and coordinator, including international experience in Poland and UK. This early experience allowed me to have a deep understanding of procedures and technical requirements for wind turbines. In 2010, I started as a Quality coordinator for South of Spain in O&M services business unit, with this experience I become an expert for preventive maintenance procedures, offering and leading an important project to increase productivity and quality outcomes for the whole company, which finally results in around 20% decrease in work hours spent in each preventive maintenance. I also developed strong capacities for reporting, analysis and leading teams. In 2017, I had the opportunity to move to USA, to be a Quality engineer for self-performance contracts; I passed a whole year creating the procedures to manage this type of contract given the best outcome for customers and internal costs. From 2018, I decided to come back to Europe to lead a new department for managing special projects related to upgrades of Wind farms, installing products that help our customers to get more production or to extend life of the turbines. This experience of 7 years help me to develop a manager profile focus on financial control figures, managing personal working at several sites, negotiation with external clients, defining contracts clauses, etc. Always with a focus for Health and Safety and Quality outcomes.
