I had completed my PharmD course (doctor of pharmacy) and also had an experience cum internship certificate as clinical pharmacist.
As a clinical pharmacist I will go to the ward rounds with doctors examine the patients helath condition everyday following up their treatment and giving them counseling regarding the drugs and disease.If we found any drug interactions,we will inform to pharmacovigilance department.--
