First entered Mongolia in 2016 to continue and complete the development of Oyu Tolgoi (OT) underground expansion project Project Management and manage other EPCM projects. Social media marketing for business Jacobs's segment Energy, Chemicals, and Resources (ECR) later was acquired by Worley Parsons Group. • Planning and implementing IT mobilization on a tight schedule throughout the project. • Estimate and agree on the amount of necessary hardware with the client; particularly involved in purchasing them focusing on cost-saving according to the mobilization plan as the client was responsible for budgeting the purchases • Designing network infrastructure both at OT site and in the Corporate office. • Implementing and educating all staff in newly adopted technologies • Prepared performance analyses and reports for the client and to the supervisor who was based in Australia ••••• Later planned and implemented the successful migration (big project with the same scope of mobilization) of the full IT systems and hardware from Rio Tinto domain into Jacobs domain throughout the project. It had to be done as quickly as possible to1 ensure non-disruptive data migration, it is a process for moving applications, virtual machines, or data from one storage system to another without or with the least possible downtime • Maintain business communication between in-field officials from the client's side in Mongolia and managers based in headquarter Australia • And obviously provided daily technical support solving all the IT-related problems to maintain the reliable operation of the project as all staff relied on the use of information and communication technology.
