Project Management for a API banking Implementation project for a leading Indian Bank
This project deals with API creation for exposing bank’s data to different fintech’s available in the market and standardization of bank’s integration services through an ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) channel by eliminating different point to point integrations currently present in bank’s IT landscape and transforming these integrations into more seamless and standardized integrations using WebMethods APIM solution. My primary responsibilities include conducting meetings with different departments of the bank to know their requirements around API development for third party consumption, identifying AS-IS integrations and creating a roadmap for transforming point to point integrations in to a service bus based model, creating a prioritization framework for the API development and ESB implementation, managing the development team and the overall delivery, providing SME inputs from banking perspective etc. I am also managing the delivery of the project using a scrum based agile delivery model and managing clients and performing stakeholder management.--

Project Management for a multitenant cloud based government banking application with key focus on DBT schemes and associated beneficiary payments through digital payment modes
This is an application designed and developed for automating and digitizing the process of fund allocation, fund management and fund disbursement to beneficiaries under different DBT schemes announced by Govt. of India such that money can be transferred directly to the bank accounts of different beneficiaries who are eligible under different schemes according to their current financial conditions in a seamless manner. Also, the system is designed to allow the stakeholders to generate different MIS reports and dashboards for decision making at all levels of the government machinery running these schemes. It also gives a robust recon module for manual reconciliation of all the fund transfer transactions done through the system. Currently, I am working as a techno-functional lead as well as the project manger and is responsible for designing the entire functional flow of the application. I was also responsible for conceptualization, sales pitching, proposal preparation & review and overall process of project deal closure for this application. I am managing the entire project from client location and managing the expectations across different client stake holders of the project. Payments consulting for a leading American Healthcare institute for securing their card payment space and enabling PCI DSS compliance
Worked with a leading American hospital to implement an end to end encrypted and secured solution and on boarded and integrated different client applications making the client’s payment space highly secured and compliant. .NET DEVELOPER FOR A INSURANCE POLICY GENERATION APPLICATION
The purpose of this system is to issue policy document for any transaction, quote or option. Depending on the line of business that the user works on they will either start in a Front-End system or they will use the Data Capture screen within the application to enter policy information so that it appears on the policy forms. When the user is ready, they can then add optional forms and custom wording to the policy forms. After the policy is complete the user can check the final document into Document Warehouse via this application. This system is an ASP.NET application used for generating policy documents and later on printing the same set of documents. It used forms coded in CALLIGO 4.3 and it was later upgraded to Oracle Istream 6.2. These forms get policy data from other applications through XML and then uses XSLT to parse these xmls. This is a platinum application which interacts with many other key applications. Some of my major responsibilities performed during the project: 1. Estimation 2. Coding. 3. Code review 4. Preparing test cases 5. Unit Testing & documenting the test results 6. Preparing close down and quality documents for work orders.--
