Monitoring Citrix end user related issues and system required enhancements as per the business requirements, building complex tools for (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) task automation via integrating and bringing different tools together such as python, FME, DB links, Replication, etc. • Monitoring (Injazat GIS Service Desk): All users is required to register their issue or new request throughout Injazat service Desk system as each incident or new request can be tracked/updated, also communicating with the user to provide all the required/needed support, also making sure that the service desk system records are up to date according to the work that has been done. • Fixing issues related to GIS Enterprise: Complex systems are being integrated such as (Maximo, GDI, ArcFM, NOI custom web apps, KPIs, SDE databases replication, DB links, custom scripts running using task scheduler and ESRI Desktop/Portal customizations) which requires to keep monitor, keep track of each error/tool failure if any and provide the required support as needed and priorities each according to its effect on end users daily work while keeping in mind all on going changes (data schema change, system patching(OS level, app level, user privileges change). • Responsible of delivering new projects/change requests: Carry the new change requests required by the client while keeping in mind the down time needed and minimize as much as possible so the users will not be affected. Make sure that all other related tools/systems are up and running after the change. Coordinate with other teams if needed and share the latest status after the change to verify the successful result. • Systems health check: Due to complex deployments implementation and the variety of different products that are being used, system health-check must be conducted at specific dates based on health check plan, for example making sure that all high available systems are probably configured and communication (IPs/Ports) are reachable to avoid any down time. System backup availability and recovery plan. • System Output: Making sure that all GIS systems outcome and behaviors are matching the client expectation to accomplish customer satisfaction in terms of output, performance and usability.--

Follow up for each entity on the status of all required approvals for software purchasing, data sharing, access, and custom developments. • Sharjah Government Entities Data sharing: Conducting technical meetings with different Sharjah government entities to identify the easiest way of sharing information while keeping data security/integrity taken care of and while keeping in mind each entity concern regarding data sharing method and the level of security. • Sharjah Government Entities Collaboration & Time Saving: Main goal is establishing a GIS portal to ease of the data sharing among different Sharjah government entities. less time consuming via reducing the formal producers and coming up with online services (Rest API’s) between different entities. • GIS Project Management for DEG: Managing the GIS project plan during the project life Sycle (concept, plan, execution, testing, closure and acceptance), Also responsible for generating reports/updates to management, highlighting risks/delays to the management, creating materials and train end-users on how to use the GIS product. • GIS administration and Fixing issues related to GIS Enterprise: Fix all GIS related issues/bugs/limitations for the connected systems between Sharjah government entities and DEG and make sure all services are reachable and accessible for all entities as per the project plan analysis. • Time/Consultant Management: Monitor the progress of the project and entities data sharing process to make sure the timeline is following the project plan schedule.--
