My major responsibilities are as below. Select and qualified the supplier and check all the main standard of qualification. Weekly meetings with subcontractors for the progress of the sites. It includes dependencies and other factors which are hindering the Rollout but these are dependent on Customer. Also requesting Project teams regarding the problems & help which we may face during the Roll out. Huawei internal meetings with other departments for the smooth progress. Monthly meeting with Subcontractors to have a check on them regarding their Quality of work. Managing procurement procedures, responsibility matrixes of subcontractors & then their acceptance on relevant systems. Provide feedback and continuously work towards improving deployment services to ensure a high degree of organization satisfaction.
