• Developed a CAD geometry of a tool for creating a pressure differential during hydrodynamic peening process. • Tested the CAD model using ANSYS Fluent showing a formation of pressure differential. • Reduced the simulation time by parametrising the process, hence, performed analysis on CAD models of various sizes. • Worked on development of a foundation for 3axis mechanism for Hydrodynamic peening process which was used later to develop the prototype for the machine.
