It is a structured 2-year talent programme that offers participants professional accreditation and certifications awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), cross-functional rotations, mentorship, and special activities.
I rotated across Marketing, Operations, Finance and Risk Management: 2018: ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT -Support the risk management function with emphasis on financial risks through the implementation of risk management policy and framework which are appropriate relative to the business strategy. -Identification, measuring, monitoring and reporting of risks, involvement in the establishment/review of risk tolerance/thresholds, and assessment of controls. -Maintain appropriate records, report and escalate the status of the relevant risks and controls as appropriate. 2017: PARTNERSHIPS DISTRIBUTION Completion of 70% for a local project, where I liaised with internal and external stakeholders. Tracked and operationalised incentives payment in an accurate and timely manner. End to end project management working cross-functionally, and did market comparisons of competitors.
