Visual inspections, Leak tests & Rectification of B-737, A-330, Boeing 737 Max brake units. ? Carried out piston & liner changing for A-330, B-737 & Boeing 737 Max brake units. ? Carried out charging & bleeding of brake assemblies of A-330, B-737 & Boeing 737 Max brake units. ? Carried out padding with proper color-coding allocated to each stator for B-737 brake units. ? Carried out Flushing, Operational Pressure check as specified in CMM & High Pressure Check at3000psi. ? Carried out Visual Checks, Inspection of Bolts, Liners/Adjuster Assembly, and Adjuster Pin & Screw for stripped or crushed threads. ? Carried out Dimensional Checks for Guide, Pistons, stator plates, pressure plates & Torque Tube at specified Interval as per CMM. ? Also carried out Compression Check of Springs as per CMM. ? Carried out visual checks for corrosion, crack, damage or any kind of defect on Heat Shield &Thrust Plate. ? Carried out Inspection on internal diameter for Liners & on external diameter of piston for nicks, dents & stripped or crushed thread. ? Successfully carried out Break Away Torque for satisfaction of self-locking properties of Nuts. ? Carried out Low Pressure check & Running Clearance Check of Brake Assemblies. ? Successfully carried out fault isolation for Brake Dragging/Overheat condition & appropriate action rendered for proper functioning. ? Assisted in Engine Component Replacement up to Level A checks. ? Assisted in Engine Removal/Installation as per AMM. ? Carried out Hydraulic oil change/ filter replacement. ? Assisted in all Hourly/weekly checks for A-330, B787-8/9 & B737-800/900 & Boeing 737 Max aircrafts.--
